DAWN flights through Earl

DAWN has recorded much data in flights through hurricane Earl.  Laser performance has been good, but a component replacement (laser diode drivers) is planned for the no-fly day of Friday.  The wind data processing algorithm is still on-going work, leading to the rating of "yellow."
