HIWRAP Status Update

Previous flights collected good data on 2 out of 4 channels (one beam at Ku and Ka-band) due to a high noise level on 2 channels.  New firmware was uploaded to the digital receiver FPGA's to correct this noise problem so that the other two channels (2 frequencies and 2 incidence angles) are fully functional.  This will be tested on next flight.  Otherwise, system has been fully functional on all previous flights.
