ER-2 was hard down due to closed runway at Offutt.
Citation was held on loose standby for possible shower development, which never materialized since overcast cloud deck at low-levels hung in much longer than models forecasted. No precipitation occurred over the domain. Citation CIP and CPI sent to shop for repairs so it would have been less than ideal anyway.
