May 14 Mission Science Report

Operations:
No flights. ER-2 and Citation down. Runway at Offut closed through Tuesday 1300 UTC. Citation called hard down. Only AM low cloud deck over SG-CF that eventually transitioned to blue skies by PM under upper level ridge. No precipitation at all.
Instruments:
ER-2 instrument work progressed nicely on Saturday. Added heaters to COSMIR. Board swapped out on AMPR that should help with saturation in 37GHz channel.
Citation CIP and CPI have been sent back to manufacturers for work. ETA for return is Tuesday/Wednesday.
Working power supply/fan on 2DVD 25SN. All other disdrometers/gauges in the green.
AC technician visited NPOL to diagnose issues with AC unit that has intermittent freezing problems. Will return to make repairs.
