ER-2 specific message

The full mission report will follow shortly but this is advanced word that we are recommending the ER-2 delay their departure this morning by one hour and plan to be over Norman OK at 22 Z. The consensus of the today's model simulations is that convection will initiate around 21-22Z near Norman.
