The ER-2 takeoff has been slipped two hours. It is now scheduled for
0500 UTC Wed, or MIDNIGHT TONIGHT CDT.
The UND Citation takeoff has been slipped three hours. It is now scheduled for
0800 UTC Wed, or 0300 CDT Wed.
Reason: The highest priority target is widespread precipitation, that is expected
to be over the field site between 0900 - 1200 UTC, so this would optimize coverage
by both aircraft.
Mission scientists and forecasters plan to get to the ops center at SGP at 04 UTC/23 CDT.
