Land surface mission today. 1800 Takeoff, one hour pattern, land by 2100, 3 hour flight. Winds look brisk at Offutt but they are forecast to be along the runway (weaker cross-wind component).
Possible convection here today if everything came together just right- but the probability is less than 5 %. ER-2 will be in vicinity but the convection would have to trigger early (just doesn't seem likely enough today from forecast). Citation on loose alert for today. Soundings every three hours began at 0630 am CDT.
Outdays-
Monday: ER-2 estimated takeoff at 2000 UTC for convection flight. Some minimal delay schedule built in. Very low probability of ops, but, cannot rule out. Citation on alert.
Tuesday during day less likely for precip. Working potential Tuesday night early Wednesday morning mission- TBD.
