Update for Monday's mission planning

The 12Z and 18Z model runs are consistently putting precipitation into the CF area earlier that what we gathered from the 06Z run.  Accordingly we now estimate the t/o time for the ER-2 to be 21Z Monday (full mission) and 2330Z Monday  for the UND (full mission).  We will meet tonight at 10 PM local to look at the 00Z runs and communicate a ER-2 (firm) t/o time shortly after that brief meeting.  We will update UND at tomorrow's 9 AM briefing.  

We hear that the N-pol staff are making good progress in resolving the problem at N-pol.  They have all put in a long day of hard work trying to resolve the problem.  We are hopeful they will be up and running for Monday's night event.  Thanks guys!
