GRIP Post-Mission Science Meeting -- General Information
The GRIP Post Mission Science Meeting conflicted with the PREDICT Post Mission Science Meeting (June 8 – 10) at NPS. Moving to another week was not an option but we were able to make an adjustment to our plans and move our meeting to June 6-8 to reduce the conflict.
June 6: Monday 2-6pm (afternoon only)
June 7: Tuesday 8am-6pm
June 8: Wednesday 8am-6pm

At this point the meeting is expected to be 2.5 days and we hope that you can travel on Monday June 6 and still attend a session 2-6pm. In case you can't do that from your location, we have extended the room block to include June 5.
The per diem rooms are limited so please make your reservation ASAP.

*TRANSPORTATION:*
Shuttle: There is a complimentary airport shuttle to and from LAX for all guests. Please call the hotel at (310) 640-3600 after collecting your baggage and advise point of pick up at LAX.
Parking:Parking is free in the parking structure for all guests until 11pm, and $15 overnight. All local guests driving in for the meeting can park for free in the parking structure during the meeting times. The hotel also has free day/night parking right in front of the hotel on Imperial Avenue on first come first serve basis

You can also reserve your room by calling. 1-800-362-2779. When you register tell them you are part of NASA-GRIP. The room block closes May 23 but please make your reservations as soon as possible.
*MEETING ROOM:*
The meeting room location will be posted in the hotel lobby.Internet will be available for the speaker but only those who have paid for internet will have wireless in the meeting room.
