Instrument Performance:
The AMPR collected data during the flight. The instrument is functioning but has performance problems which will affect the scientific value of the collected data. During the flight, calibration data were lost due to scanner mis-positioning. The navigation data were not recorded due to instrument computer errors. The dynamic range of the radiometric counts is compromised due to a design error in a new gain/offset driver board. A new board with a corrected design is being manufactured and will be delivered to Costa Rica during the deployment. Software modifications will be uploaded to the instrument computer to correct the issue of missing data.
The data collected during this flight may not be scientifically useable.
