GHRC DAAC published the GPM Ground Validation Mission Reports GCPEx dataset. This dataset consists of various reports filed by the scientists during the GPM Cold-season Precipitation Experiment (GCPEx) campaign, which took place from January 15 - February 29, 2012 in Ontario, Canada. Report categories include the Mission Scientist, Mission Manager, and Instrument Scientist reports, Weather Forecasts and Plans of Day. Many reports have additional information attached.
